I recently re-read this, as I gave my old copy away and just like a long time ago, it inspired me, it gave me insight, and I wanted to share this wonderful small book. J.O. Fraser was a brilliant engineer and musician, but gave up that life to give his life to the Lord He loved. He brought the Gospel to the Lisu tribe in the Yunnan Province, a tribe which was primitive and considered " backwards ". The Gospel literally transformed many of the Lisu tribe. J.O. Fraser brought the light of the Gospel and the Love of Jesus to a people who had never heard and who came out of the darkness into His marvelous Light.Product details

Great book!
Another biography I read many years ago and plan to read in the near future. Recommended reading. Mostly enjoy biographies of Missionaries.
This book will always be special to me now! God's work, done God's way, will never lack his power!!
It is a very inspiring account of a life of service to others, lived to its fullest 24/7. I first read the book about fifty years ago, so was very excited to hear that it had been re-issued.
Well written story of one of the great lives in missions history. Both informational and inspirational. It is well worth reading.
This is a real missionary classic. What an inspiration to depart from our selfish, self-centered, pleasure-seeking, luke-warm, complacent, worldly lives and focus on what the Lord Jesus commanded us to do Take the Gospel to the ends of the earth and make disciples of all ethnic groups.
This book gently reminds us, encourages us, and demonstrates to us the need to pray to the Lord of the harvest for his people to be set free and brought into the kingdom of our blessed saviour. As you walk along with Frazer you cannot hell but pray for these beloved people As well.
I want to have a personal prayer life like him, and would encoursge you to tead the book and vome away with a greater time away with Kesus thN you did before you read the book
