What a wonderful set of stories. It's armchair travel but so good to know these true adventures happened and made such an impact on the writers that they wanted to share it with us. I especially loved the story of Alice, a child's view of Nepal. A heartwarming tale by a very good writer.
Like everyone, I'd like to travel the world and experience different cultures, places, and people. But also like everyone, financial and time constraints place realities on that dream. With this travel series, you are transported to so many different places and right in the middle of such interesting, compelling and unique situations. It's wonderful to experience the world in your imagination through true tales that give you special insight to global cultures. Makes me wonder what I might experience on my next trip. These stories are well-written, unexpected, inspiring and definitely worth reading. It's nice to read personal stories behind different countries, rather than just the news headlines. Looking forward to reading further editions!
